Hello Windom Resident,

Due to unforeseen circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic and to keep us all safe, we will be holding our annual neighborhood meeting virtually via ZOOM videoconferencing.

​

The meeting will be held Thursday, September 10, 2020, from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm.  Please find the ZOOM online and phone dial-in information provided below for the videoconference. 

 

We will also be holding Board nominations via email and elections electronically via GOOGLE Forms format.  Elected candidates will be announced at the Annual Meeting. Read below our nomination's email process and  online voting via GOOGLE Forms as well as and other information.  Please reference the  Board Job Description.

2019-2020 was an exciting year. As an organization, we achieved several important milestones including implementing our neighborhood's first Windom resident engagement survey!

​

So, mark your calendar and join us for a fun evening of solidarity connecting, learning and engaging civically to help keep our beloved Windom neighborhood the best it can be!

We need you!

The Windom Board of Directors will be holding its Annual Meeting & Election on Thursday September 10 from 6:00-8:00 pm via Zoom.  Below is a link to the Board of Director's Job Description and the 2020 Board Member Electronic Voting Ballot.

​

As neighborhood organization that greatly values diversity and seeks to be inclusive, we highly encourage Windom residents who currently rent, identify as a person of color or as  LGBTQQIA to consider serving on our Board.

 

We need you to run for the Board, attend the meeting on September 10, and vote on or before September 10.

 

Voting will be open on Friday, September 4th.   Below is a list of candidates to select.  

 

The voting time is open and will close at 6:30 PM on Thursday, September 10th.
