Windom Community Garden
History

Since 2012, the Windom Community Garden has provided, for a fee, garden plots and water-supply for neighbors wishing to grow vegetables and flowers.

With the encouragment and support of several local residents, Windom resident Brian O'Shea has led and organized the project at its inception.  Years before her passing, Windom Gables resident, Myra Wood was the inpiration behind the Garden's current Leadership Circle volunteer management structure, which is the force behind the Garden's success.

The garden is located on the corner of Nicollet Avenue and 62nd.
